Talk therapy where individuals have a safe and confidential space to explore their mental health goals and difficulties with a licensed mental health professional.

Licensed Psychotherapist (LPCC, LCSW, MFT, LPAT…): Providers who have a master’s degree and have passed a state and/or national licensing exam. They can provide clinically research evidence supported mental health therapy to individuals of all ages.

Psychologist (PhD, PsyD): Providers who have a doctorate in psychology. They can conduct psychological tests and have clinical knowledge to provide talk psychotherapy services.

Medication Prescribers: Assess, diagnose, and treat those with mental health conditions and work closely with patients to prevent, identify, and manage symptoms resulting from psychiatric or substance disorders. Both clinicians are experts in psychopharmacology, and they each possess an in-depth knowledge of psychiatric medications and how to prescribe them effectively.

Psychiatrist (MD/DO): Providers who have completed medical school, residency and fellowship trainings.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP, PMHNP): Nurses who have completed an RN program and a nurse practitioner program

Holistic Practices

A form of healing that considers the whole person (body. mind, spirit and emotions).

Reiki: The spiritual healing art that works by channeling positive energy into your body- focusing on the affected areas of the body that need a boost.

Coach: Coaches, often trained in accredited programs, help clients reach their personal and professional potential. They provide non-clinical guidance in specialized areas such as life, nutrition, or business.

Neuromovement: A holistic approach that utilizes movement in all its forms. This approach helps upgrade the functioning of your brain, which in turn helps you learn and think better, overcome pain and move better, and achieve new levels of performance.

Hypnotherapy: A type of mind–body intervention in which hypnosis is used to create a state of focused attention and increased suggestibility in the treatment of a medical or psychological disorder or concern.

Ayurveda: Ayurveda, an ancient Indian healing system, promotes wellness by balancing body, mind, and spirit according to an individual's unique dosha (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha). Using diet, lifestyle, and natural therapies, Ayurveda harmonizes the body’s energies for natural healing and prevention.

Acupuncture: A traditional Chinese medicine practice that involves inserting fine needles into specific points on the body. This technique aims to stimulate the body's energy flow, known as Qi, promoting healing, reducing pain, and enhancing overall wellness.

Yoga: A holistic practice that blends physical postures, breath control, and mindfulness to improve strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. It promotes relaxation, stress relief, and a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit for greater balance and inner peace.

Sound Healing: Uses resonant frequencies from instruments like crystal bowls and gongs to promote relaxation, balance, and emotional well-being. It helps release tension, align energy, and supports stress relief, emotional release, and deep meditation.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapists knead muscles and other soft tissues of the body to provide treatment for injuries and to promote general wellness. Massage therapists treat clients by applying pressure to manipulate the body's soft tissues and joints.

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT): A Licensed Massage Therapy is an expert in what they do and who has met academic and professional requirements for licensure per state requirements.
